BroadLink offices are open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. All standard customer repairs are done between these hours. A standard repair is maintenance to installed BroadLink equipment. BroadLink is not responsible for customer equipment, but will configure 1 computer or router owned by you to ensure you are able to connect to the internet.
In the event that you cannot be available for internal repairs, or if you need an emergency repair and cannot wait for regular repair hours, BroadLink will send out a technician at Extended Repair Service Hours.
BroadLink will not do repairs if the situation appears to be dangerous to the technician. This is left to the technician's discretion, but in general safety limits are meant to keep technicians off of wet/slippery/steep roofs.
The rate of extended service will be a minimum charge of 25 dollars for the first half hour, with a cost of 12.5 dollars per quarter hour of service beyond the first half hour billed in 15 minute increments.

Holidays and weekends 10 am - 8 pm
You can contact BroadLink during normal business hours, or contact Sonic Tech support after hours. Sonic tech support is available until 11 pm for general support issues, and will contact BroadLink in the event that an onsite repair is necessary during extended service hours.
