"I have been using BroadLink in Santa Rosa, CA, since their first month here, and I have been very impressed by the speed of my DSL connection, and their quick-responce Customer Service. In the 2 years I have been a BroadLink customer, I have never heard the recording "we are currently experiencing a high volume of calls." I always get close-to immediate live service, and always within-24-hour site response, when it was necessary. Way to go, BroadLink."

"I am very satisfied with BroadLink. When I was originally connected the end of June, my download speed averaged close to your "guaranteed" speed of 384kbps. Now I average around 1.5mbps. Files that used to take an hour to install now take a minute. Who wouldn't be satisfied? The service is now very dependable. The few problems I had initially were taken care of both cheerfully and competently. Two of my near neighbors now use the service (I told the first one about it and he told the other). I wrote the Press Democrat a couple of weeks ago to try to 'spread the joy,' but I guess they thought it was a 'commercial.' I also phoned their Internet columnist yesterday, told him of my experience, and asked that he give you folks a boost. Hopefully he will do so unless they are afraid to get on the wrong side of AT&T."

"I wish that I had discovered your service earlier. For many years I have used dial-up phone connections and I have been singularly unimpressed with both speed and reliability of those connections. Since I have been with your service, I have found that you understate your connection speed. Download speeds are just unbelievable. I regularly indicate download speeds in excess of 1-2Mbs! Your engineering staff who installed the equipment were professional and discreet. The installation itself is unobtrusive. The two times I have called your technical support, I spent no time waiting to speak to them, and the problem was resolved within a minute. BroadLink is truly on the cutting edge of wireless technology. I am a Paramedic here in Santa Rosa, and we use wireless modems with mobile data terminals for our emergency / urgent dispatch in the ambulances. These types of systems are the wave of the future and the present. I recommend your service to anyone who wishes an incredibly fast and reliable Internet connection."
